Polycrystalline Mullite Fiber (PMF) 100 series

PMF100 series fiber module, whose volume weight is 96-100kg/m2, doesn’t contain any binding agent, acid and alkali resistant, and with good elasticity and flexibility. The color is pure white. It is suitable for being pasted to the lining of various high temperature industrial stoves under 1700°C, directly contacting with the thermal source part. It can insulate against heat, prolong the working life, and is supplied for energy saving, increasing production and improving the working environment.

Usage

The construction for PMF100 series is easy, safe and reliable. We only need to clean the surface of the furnace body and go through napping treatment, coat the oven wall liner side and the fiber side with refractory mortar, and then paste them block by block according to certain rule. After completing the whole surface, press it with a flat wood board lightly, then the exterior is nice.(Annotate: When pasting, the fiber needs to be compressed.)

Applications:

· Door of furnaces and Kilns

· The equipment heating insulation and electrical insulation materials

· Glass and enamel

· Various high-temperature furnaces lining, ladle permanent layer, tunnel kilns, roller kilns

· Fill in expansion joints and masonry cracks inside of furnaces.
