This product is activated at temperatures above 190℃, resulting in unidirectional expansion of the intumescent mat to form a stable inert char. Highly stabilised by the matrix of mineral fiber, the char acts as an insulating layer, offering enhanced fire protection to the underlying materials.

1.High expansion ratio: 4.5:1 up to 35:1

2.It has certain stickiness when expansion under fire, and won’t be flame away, resulting with good sealing effect.
